Joint Consortium Board. The Programme Directors and the Programme Coordinator shall be referred to as the “Joint Consortium Board” (JCB). The JCB is led by the Programme Coordinator. The JCB holds executive power to make all decisions relating to the successful and compliant operation of the Programme: all those pertaining to general management, academic supervision, quality assurance, changes to the Consortium, dispute resolution and Student complaints related to the overall organization of the Programme, in so far as this does not conflict with the local rules and regulations of the Partner Institutions. The JCB is responsible for: - Clearly defining the Consortium goals at the outset; - Coordinating the activities of the network as a whole; - The Consortium’s outreach; - The Annexes according to the annual scenario (e.g. teaching Programme, budget and allocation of funds). The JCB is also in charge to nominate members of: - Selection Committee (see art. 3.2.c.); - Joint Examination Board - XXX (see art. 5.2 and 5.5); - External Advisory Board - EAB (see art. 7). The JCB will meet physically at least once a year, while frequent interaction will be realized electronically.
