Common use of Joint Workload Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Workload Committee. A Joint Workload Committee shall be constituted for the period of this Agreement. The committee shall be made up of three Faculty representatives, each from a different curriculum area, elected by the Faculty Members, and three Institute representatives, appointed by the President. The committee shall be responsible for developing and recommending policy concerning the implementation of the equitable allocation of workload as described in this Agreement. The committee shall receive and recommend to the President resolutions to written appeals submitted by Faculty Members on workload issues, and shall make recommendations about the equitable allocation of workload to the President and the Faculty Association.
