Common use of Jury Duty and Court Service Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty and Court Service. When a teacher is called for jury service or subpoenaed to serve as a witness, he shall give his immediate supervisor proper notice. The teacher shall keep the check from the court and take a copy of the payment to the school district treasurer who will deduct said jury or witness payment from the employee's next paycheck.
