Jury Duty and Court Service. A. When an employee is called for jury service, or to serve as a witness in a court action not involving the Board of Education, he shall give the Board of Education proper notice and the Board of Education will reimburse the employee for the difference between his regular pay and the amount he receives for court services except that amount received for mileage.
