Common use of Jury Duty Leave Procedure Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty Leave Procedure. The librarian unit member shall notify his/her supervisor immediately of his/her requirement for this leave, and subsequently furnish evidence that he/she performed the duty for which the leave was requested. If jury duty is canceled on a day the librarian unit member would have worked, the librarian unit member must immediately notify his/her supervisor and may be required by the supervisor to report to work.
