Jury Duty/Witness. 25.01 This benefit is available for employees who have completed probation prior to receipt of notice for jury duty. 25.02 Employees who are subpoenaed for jury duty or to appear as a crown witness minus any moneys (not including those received for expenses) received from the court. Proof of such remuneration shall be submitted to the Employer by the employee. The subpoena shall be submitted to the Employer prior to such leave being granted. The Employer shall provide leave for jury duty in accordance with all applicable laws.
