Jury Duty/Witness. The Employer shall grant leave of absence from work to an employee who: (i) is required to serve on a jury or; (ii) is subpoenaed as a witness before a Court of Justice, a Coroner's Inquest, or a Court of Inquiry; (iii) produces a certificate of attendance and the employee returns to work on any day he is not required to serve for the entire day; (iv) shall be paid the difference between their regular pay and the amount received as a juror or as a witness excluding travelling, meals and other expenses.
