Jury Duty. An employee who is called to jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness, will be permitted such absence as is necessary as a result of such call or subpoena and he will be compensated by the Company for the difference between payment received for such duty and his regular pay. The employee will present proof of service as a juror or witness as well as the amount of pay received for such service to management.
