JURY PAY. The Employer agrees to make up the difference in an employee’s wages between a normal day’s wages and compensation received for jury duty, where an employee is unable to report for work for some or all of his regular shift due to jury duty. The employee will promptly furnish written evidence to the Payroll Office of his jury wages so that this calculation can be made.
