Jury/Witness Duty Leave. The Employer agrees that any regular employee of the Employer summoned to appear for Jury Duty or selection, or who serves on Jury Duty, or is a subpoenaed witness, shall be paid wages amounting to the difference between the amount paid to them for jury service and the amount they would have earned had they worked on such days with their regular gang. If the subpoena for witness is the result of the employee working on another job, this clause will not apply. In order to qualify for such payment the employee must request leave and have that request granted.
