Juvenile Detention Officers. For 2022 only, each employee who is employed on April 11, 2022, will receive a one-time, non-precedent setting step advancement, effective April 11, 2022, as follows: o Employees on steps 1-6 on April 10, 2022, receive a 4-step advancement; and o Employees on steps 7-8 on April 10, 2022, receive a 3-step advancement; and o Employees on steps 9-12 on April 10, 2022, receive a 2-step advancement; and o Employees on step 13 on April 10, 2022, receive a 1-step advancement; and o Employees on step 13 and who are eligible for an annual step increase within 90 days of April 10, 2022, will receive a one-time, non-precedent setting lump sum equivalent to 2.5% of their base annual wage; and o Employees on step 14 on April 10, 2022, receive a one-time, non-precedent setting lump sum equivalent to 2.5% of their base annual wage.

  • Professional Development and Training 4.1 The purpose of professional development and training requirements for interpreters is to maintain the skill levels interpreters possess at the time they pass their interpreter certification examination, and to further enhance their skills and knowledge.   • Field Training Officers The position of Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be held by a Trooper or Sergeant who most closely meets the requirements set forth by the Employer which are outlined in policy OSP-501.08. If the Employer determines there are an insufficient number of qualified volunteers, it may appoint other individuals to be FTOs. The District Commander shall make the final selections. A supplement of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) shall be given to all FTOs for the sixty (60) working day training period. This amount will be prorated in instances where the training period is cut short or lengthened. Field Training Officers and their trainees will be required to work twenty (20) days on each of the three shifts during the training period.

  • Union Officers Employees hereafter elected or appointed to full­ time Union office shall be granted a leave of absence without loss of sen­ iority but without accumulating seniority during the period of the leave of absence.

  • Our Personnel We will be responsible for the performance of Our personnel (including Our employees and contractors) and their compliance with Our obligations under this Agreement, except as otherwise specified herein.
