Kewajiban SAP. 2.1 SAP akan memproses data xxxxxxx xxx data operasional lainnya milik Pengguna yang Ditentukan secara eksklusif sesuai dengan instruksi dari pengendali data sebagaimana diberikan kepada SAP oleh Pelanggan, yang dapat termasuk (namun tidak terbatas pada) perbaikan, penghapusan xxx/atau pemblokiran data tersebut jika xxx sepanjang fungsionalitas Layanan HEC tidak memperbolehkan Pelanggan atau Pengguna yang Ditentukan untuk melakukan hal tersebut. Data pribadi tidak akan digunakan oleh SAP untuk tujuan lain apa pun kecuali untuk memberikan Layanan HEC sebagaimana dimaksud berdasarkan Perjanjian. SAP tidak menyimpan data pribadi tersebut lebih lama daripada yang diinstruksikan oleh Pelanggan. Transmissions must be logged and guidelines for personal data transmissions must be laid down in writing. • Input control: SAP shall implement a detailed logging system for input, modification and deletion or blocking of personal data to the greatest extent supported by the HEC Services. • Job control: SAP shall define in writing and establish control mechanisms to ensure that data are processed strictly in accordance with the instructions o...
