Kilometre Review. A) The kilometre rate shall be adjusted by the same percentage as the percentage change in the Saskatchewan Private Transportation Index published by Statistics Canada for the review period. The adjustment shall be rounded to the nearest one hundredth (1/100) of a cent.

The adjustment shall be rounded to the nearest one hundredth (1/100) of a cent. B) The base index is the February 2000 Saskatchewan Private Transportation Index. C) The effective date of the first adjustment shall be the first of the month following signing of the Collective Agreement. The new rate is determined based on the review period from the base to the second month preceding the effective date. (Note: Rates shown in 15.3.1 and 15.3.2 above, include the adjustment). D) Additional review periods and adjustment effective dates shall be as follows: Review Period Effective Date of Adjustment Base to February, 2002 April 1, 2002 Base to August, 2002 October 1, 2002 Base to February, 2003 April 1, 2003

D) The first review during the calendar year is based on comparison of the base index and the review period (February) index. The effective date of the change shall be April 1st. E) The second review during the calendar year is based on comparison of the base index and the review period (August) index. The effective date of the change shall be October 1st.
Kilometre Review. The kilometre rate shall be calculated using Saskatchewan Daily Pump Price Survey data. The data shall be reviewed the third week of every month, the kilometre rate shall be adjusted and shall apply to kilometres travelled in the following month.
