Laptop. Executive shall have use of a Company laptop computer.
Laptop. The Company provides Executive with a laptop for his use to perform his obligations under the Agreement. No later than the Date of Termination for which Executive’s employment ceases for any reason, or earlier upon receipt of a written request by the Company, Executive shall return possession of the laptop to the Company and shall have no right of lien in the laptop. Executive shall bear all taxes applicable to him in connection with this benefit.
Laptop. During the twelve (12) month period following the Commencement Date, the Company will provide Employee with a laptop computer, docking station and extra monitor to support his working remotely during such period.
Laptop. The Company agrees to provide Employee with free and clear ownership of the Company laptop computer (Model #: PCG-4C1L; Serial #: 281825303605822) and all associated peripherals (e.g., carrying case) that Employee has been most recently using in his Company work. Employee shall return his laptop no later than the Resignation Date and Company shall have the right to remove all Company-related files from such laptop and will deliver the laptop to Employee within ten (10) days of the Resignation Date.
Laptop. The school district shall provide the Superintendent with a laptop computer that may be used only for professional purposes.
Laptop. The Company shall provide the Employee with a laptop computer to be used in relation to the employment, as described in this Agreement. Immediately upon the termination of the Agreement for any reason whatsoever or upon the Company’s first request, the Employee shall return the laptop computer to the Company. Employee will be obligated to compensate the Company for damage caused to the computer only if due to the Employee’s negligence or intentional acts. It is hereby agreed that the Company will in no way be responsible or liable for any violations of any applicable law by the Employee through the Employee’s use of such laptop computer.
Laptop. It is the responsibility of the Duty Person to verify that any electronics (i.e., laptop) are verified functional at an off-site location minimally at the beginning of his/her period of duty responsibility or more often as necessary. Additionally, the laptop shall be taken home each night that the employee is serving on the duty.
Laptop. Depending on the iTero Scanner model, you may be required to separately acquire a compatible laptop computer, as instructed in the Documentation (“Laptop”). With respect to the Laptop, and any software, applications or other information stored on the Laptop (excluding the Software) (collectively, “Laptop Software”), the license granted to you by the licensor(s) of Laptop Software or the Laptop manufacturer shall govern, and you agree that Align has no liability for your use or misuse, or the performance, of the Laptop or the Laptop Software. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you represent that your use of the Laptop will not violate the terms of this Agreement, the iTero Agreement, and the Documentation.
Laptop. 7.1 The Company may, in its discretion, provide you with a laptop, which shall remain Company property, to assist you in the performance of your duties.
Laptop. 7.3.1. You may be provided with a laptop to assist you to perform your duties only. This remains the property of the Company at all times and upon termination of this contract for whatsoever reason it must be returned. immediately.
