Layoff by Seniority/Service. Employees within effected job titles shall be laid off according to their relative seniority, i.e. their continuous uninterrupted service (within the bargaining unit) with the least senior being laid off first, provided that all students, temporary, part-time, seasonal and probationary employees within the effected job title(s), within the bargaining unit, are laid off first in the above respective order.
