Leadership Days. An Administrator under the HASA agreement can trade off up to five additional days identified as leadership days to compensate for responsibilities associated with providing leadership in specified areas. The documentation of how these leadership days are accounted for will be part of the annual goal setting process with the Administrator’s supervisor by estimating the amount of time this leadership in given areas will consume. Activities associated with these leadership days can be either on the district level or at the site level. The tracking of these days will be handled in a similar fashion as non-contract days.

Leadership Days. Leadership days – Principal can trade off up to 5 days identified as leadership days to compensate for responsibilities associated with providing leadership for evening and additional leadership times outside of the contract. These days can only be taken during any non‐student contact days (Outside of scheduled training or District activity days). Documentation must be provided by the Principal to the Superintendent, accounting for the leadership days of compensatory time.

  • Superintendent Level If no settlement has been reached in Step 2 within the specified time limit, the employee and/or his/her designated Council representative may advance the grievance to Step 3 by submitting a copy of the written statement of grievance in appropriate form to the office of the superintendent within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the written disposition of grievance given by the Step 2 administrator. After such submission, the superintendent or designee shall have ten (10) calendar days to attempt to resolve the grievance. Within that time the superintendent or his/her designee shall indicate his/her disposition of the grievance on the grievance form and shall furnish a copy thereof to the employee and to the Council. If in the resolution process a meeting is held with the grievant in attendance, a representative of the Council shall be given an opportunity to attend.

  • Workforce A. The Contractor shall employ only orderly and competent workers, skilled in the performance of the services which they will perform under the Contract.
