Leave Accrual Rates. Employees shall accrue personal leave with pay according to the following schedule on a bi-weekly basis: 0 months through 4 years 160 5 years through 9 years 184 10 years through 14 years 208 15 years through 19 years 232 20 years through 24 years 256 25 years or more 280 The rate of accrual shall change to the higher rate at the start of the first pay period of the month in which the employee’s employment anniversary occurs.

Leave Accrual Rates. Employees shall accrue personal leave with pay according to the following schedule on a bi-weekly basis. The rate of accrual shall change to the higher rate at the start of the pay period in which the employee’s date of rank anniversary (or adjusted date of rank, if applicable) occurs.

Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Sick Leave Accrual All eligible employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per pay period of continuous employment beginning with their date of eligibility. Eligible employees being paid for less than a full eighty (80) hour pay period shall have sick leave accruals pro-rated in accord with the schedule set forth in Appendix D.

  • Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached.
