LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR WORK WITH THE TEAMSTERS UNION. The Company agrees to grant to all present brokers who are on leave of absence and all future brokers of the Teamsters Union and indefinite leave of absence to work for the Teamsters Union retaining and accumulating seniority with the Company. Such leave of absence shall be revocable upon (72)hours’ notice by the broker. No more than one (1)broker shall be allowed such leave of absence at any one time.

The Company agrees to grant to all present employees who are on leave of absence, and all future employees of the Teamsters Union, an indefinite leave of absence for work with the Teamsters Union, retaining and accumulating seniority with the Company. Such leave of absence shall be revocable upon three working days' written notice by the employee. Any medical examination requested by the Company shall be promptly complied with by all employees provided, however, that the employer shall for all such examinations. The Company reserves the right to select their own medical examiner or physician, and the Union if in their opinion an injustice has been done an employee, have said employee at the Union's expense. When a medical examination is required by the Company, the following conditions shall If any employee takes a medical examination during his normal working hours he shall be paid for the time involved, and thus not lose any pay as a result of his taking a medical examination.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR WORK WITH THE TEAMSTERS UNION. In the event that the Union requires the services of one or more of its members as business agent, the chosen shall have the right to a leave of absence without pay for an indefinite period after providing a minimum of five (5) days notice to the Company. The shall continue to accumulate seniority during such a leave. An employee on such leave must advise the Company, in writing, at least five (5) days in advance, of the date on which he will be returning to work as a regular employee.

(a) It is to the mutual advantage of both the Company and the employee that employees shall not operate vehicles, which are not in safe operating condition and not equipped with safety appliances required by law. All power equipment and vehicle combinations shall have adequate braking systems.
