LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR WORK WITH THE TEAMSTERS UNION. Section 11.1 - Leave of Absence for Employees to Work with the Teamsters Union The Company agrees to grant to all present employees who are on leave of absence and all future employees of the Teamsters Union an indefinite leave of absence to work for the Teamsters Union retaining and accumulating seniority with their respective Company. Such leave of absence shall be revocable upon seventy-two (72) hours notice by the employee.

  • Leave of Absence for Union Business (a) The Employer shall grant leaves of absence to employees to attend Union Conventions, negotiations of the Collective Agreement with the Employer and other Union business. The Union agrees that such leave will not unduly affect the proper operations or be detrimental to the proficient operations of the Employer.
