Leaves To Attend Union Bargaining. The Employer agrees to book-off, without pay, the Union Negotiating Committee, to attend collective bargaining meetings between the Union and the Employer. Employees shall be elected or appointed by the Constitution and By-laws of the Unifor Local 3000.
