Common use of Legal Leave Clause in Contracts

Legal Leave. Certified personnel employed by the Noble School District shall be granted leave for jury duty or for service as a witness subpoenaed in a criminal, civil, or juvenile proceeding and shall pay the teacher during such service the full contract salary. (Note: Pay received for serving as a juror or witness will be paid to the District, or an equal amount will be deducted from the teacher’s salary.)

All personal legal matters require the use of personal or vacation leave.)
