Common use of Legal Leave Clause in Contracts

Legal Leave. The Board shall grant leave of absence with pay to a faculty member who is called to serve as a juror, a witness, or, in the case of an action resulting from the performance of his/her contractual obligations to the University, as either a plaintiff or defendant, in a court of law.
