When meetings are scheduled immediately following student contact time and the meeting goes fifteen (15) or more minutes past the duty time, the staff can timecard and receive additional pay in fifteen (15) minute increments without prior approval. When teachers are required to attend meetings with parents beyond the duty day the teacher shall be time carded and compensated as defined in Appendix C. Block Scheduling will consist of three (3) daily blocks/one (1) block preparation time or five (5) skinnies/one (1) skinny preparation time/one (1) duty.

In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.
