Level I – Informal Conference with Immediate Supervisor. Any unit member who believes they have a grievance may first request an informal conference with their Immediate Supervisor within ten (10) working days after the grievant knew, or reasonably should have known, of the circumstances which form the basis for the potential grievance to discuss the potential grievance and attempt to resolve issues. The unit member shall identify the specific provisions of the Agreement that have been misinterpreted, misapplied, or violated.

Level I – Informal Conference with Immediate Supervisor. 1. Employees may request a conference with their immediate supervisor. The employee shall notify the immediate supervisor that such conference is Level I of the grievance procedure. Building principals shall be involved in conferences where the problems being discussed affect or are likely to affect the building operation. If there is difficulty arranging this conference, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 will apply.

  • Informal Conference Prior to the filing of a grievance, in an effort to resolve the issue(s), the grievant shall make reasonable attempts to initiate / discuss or an attempt to initiate / discuss the issue(s) informally with the grievant’s Principal or Supervisor.

  • Evaluation Conference The final evaluation conference shall occur not later than the end of the fall term. The purpose of the final evaluation conference is to discuss with the probationary employee the results of the evaluation and announce the team's recommendation. Requests for attendance are submitted through the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor, and forwarded to the President/Superintendent for approval at his/her sole discretion. A follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.

  • Observation Conference 1. All formal observations shall be preceded by a conference between the evaluator and the teacher in order for the teacher to explain plans and objectives for the work situation to be observed.
