Level I - Informal Review. An employee shall have the right to present a complaint and to have the complaint considered in good faith. The employee shall discuss the complaint with the immediate supervisor no later than twenty-one (21) days after the event giving rise to the complaint, or no later than twenty-one (21) days after the employee knew or reasonably should have known of the event giving rise to the complaint. At the time of the discussion, both the employee and the immediate supervisor shall sign a document verifying the date the informal discussion took place.

Level I - Informal Review. The informal review procedure is provided to encourage the informal resolution of grievances at the lowest possible level. Before filing a formal written grievance, the employee shall attempt to resolve the problem by an informal conference with the Plant Operations Director or appropriate administrator no later than fourteen (14) days after the event giving rise to the problem or no later than fourteen (14) days after the employee knew or should have known of the event giving rise to the complaint.

In connection with each such review, the Company shall evaluate whether any increase in Employee’s compensation under Section 2, below, is appropriate.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Informal Grievance Procedure Employees are encouraged to act promptly to attempt to resolve disputes with their manager/supervisor through an informal procedure. A meeting between the manager/supervisor and the employee should take place whenever requested by either party to assist, to clarify or resolve the grievance. The employee may be accompanied by his/her Union representative at the informal meeting. Any resolution reached at the informal step must be in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, or other rule or ordinance and shall not set precedent.

  • Annual Review The Board of Directors during the Contract Period shall review annually, or at more frequent intervals which the Board of Directors determines is appropriate, the Executive’s compensation and shall award the Executive additional compensation to reflect the Executive’s performance, the performance of the Company and competitive compensation levels, all as determined in the discretion of the Board of Directors.
