Level of Participation. Set forth as Exhibit B hereto is a list of Products currently being sold by Labatt to the Stripes stores and the monthly volume, by Product, of such purchases. Such list may be modified from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties. The term “Products” herein means the Products shown on Exhibit B, including any successors to such Products and any other Products as may be agreed upon from time to time. The pricing from Labatt provided for herein is based on Stripes continuing to purchase at least [***]% of such [***] volumes (in the aggregate) of the Products for all Stripes stores that provide food service and to which Labatt is capable of (and does not object to) delivering. Stripes’ failure to purchase at least [***] of such [***] volumes (in the aggregate) of the Products, during any period of [***] or more [***] during the term of this Agreement, shall constitute a default by Stripes of this Agreement.

Regional deliberations and cooperative decision- officials concerning comprehensive planning process, and to xxxxxx cooperation and mediate differences among governments throughout the region; and 2. Development of comprehensive land use plans that are consistent with the GMA; and 3. Development of CPPs, consistent with the GMA, to be used as a framework to guide the KRCC member agencies in developing their comprehensive land use plans; and 4. Continuous, cooperative study and planning of regional and governmental problems of mutual interest, including but not limited to development, land use, housing, capital facilities, services, utilities, finances, public buildings, water supply, water distribution and drainage, air and water pollution, parks and recreation and transportation planning; and 5. Coordination of actions to provide a sustainable economy and environment for the region; and 6. Identification and examination of issues relating to governance, growth policies, development standards, service provision, revenue-cost sharing and municipal annexations in urban growth areas; and 7. KRCC agrees to provide copies of minutes from individual KRCC committee meetings to the Tribes to enhance open communication when the Tribe(s) are unable to fully participate on a regular basis; and 8. Discussion of views on growth management and planning among KRCC member agencies.

Level of Participation. 3.5.1 In order to provide for the effective administration for staff employment and budget matters, each member district will present to the Director a student enrollment projection on or before February 1 of each year. This projection shall state the minimum level of expected student enrollment within each System program for the following year.
