Lieutenants. Seniority will be based on length of service within rank. The promotional list results will determine the senior lieutenant for settling ties for service length within rank.

Assignment of Command Officers within the Department will continue to be the responsibility of the Chief of Police who shall determine the number and levels of Command Officers needed in the various Bureaus.
Lieutenants. The Lieutenants' salary will be 12% above the Firefighter salary with the same number of service years. Salary steps will occur after the completion of 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service on the Department.
Lieutenants. When the number of lieutenants on a given unit equals forty-seven (47), the maximum number allowed on the following annual Xxxxx Xxx draw will be increased to seven (7) per day.
