Lifetime Warranty. During the term of the Agreement, if after inspection of the Unit by a Fitment Centre or us, such Unit is found, in our sole discretion, to be defective, we will repair or replace the Unit free of charge, as long as the Unit is in the same Asset in which it was installed on the Effective Date and the Asset belongs to the same owner.
Lifetime Warranty. Damage caused by improper treatment of the product including exposure to unusual environmental conditions (extreme climates, acids, and moisture) This comprehensive warranty applies to all products installed or reconfigured by a Fellowes authorized installer. Fellowes will repair, or at its sole option, replace defective merchandise, free of charge, which, when used normally and pursuant to Fellowes’ published instructions, and applicable planning guide information, prove to be defective within the period stated. This remedy is expressly agreed to be exclusive as a condition of sale. No person is authorized to assume for Fellowes any warranty liability, except as expressly set forth in this paragraph, or set forth in writing by an authorized officer of the company. Any and all labor charge backs must be pre-approved by Fellowes’ Customer Service Manager in writing. Fellowes will reimburse authorized Fellowes dealers and service centers with a credit against future orders. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, transport, or misuse, as well as damage from normal wear and tear such as dents, nicks, scratches, fading and improper maintenance. Lifetime Warranty. A warranty for the lifetime of the Original Application (Original Application is defined as the first installation of the product in an application) is available at the original Buyer’s option for the following Goods, subject to fulfillment of the additional conditions specified below:

Lifetime Warranty. Ecosun Australia and Aquatherm USA warrant to the original purchaser that the collectors will be free from defects in materials and workmanship in the manufacturing process under normal use for a period of lifetime (whilst they reside in the premises) from the date of initial installation when installed using Ecosun Australia’s recommended methods. Part B. Following the expiration of the 12-year warranty period in Part A above, if during the next lifetime period, a collector shows a manufacturing defect; a new collector will be supplied to the purchaser at one half of the then current retail price.

Lifetime means as long the system or compatible systems are in production and parts are available. Fenetex offers a 5-year warranty on all Fenetex Smart Motors and operators. Somfy offers a 5 year warranty on their motors and operators. Fenetex Inc. offers a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all non-electronic and non-proprietary components. Fenetex offers a 5-year warranty on all standard paint finishes when installed more than 1 mile from a coastline. Fenetex offers a 3 year warranty on all standard paint finishes when installed less than 1 mile from a coastline. Custom paint finishes are excluded from this warranty. Paint finish is considered a warranty item when more than 20% of the total painted area is affected.
