Liquor Licences. Hirers who intend to sell, store, supply or allow the consumption of alcohol must ensure that they do so under any required Liquor Licence in accordance with the Liquor Reform Act 1998. See attached information sheet.
Liquor Licences. The Mansion House is licensed to sell or supply alcohol between the hours of 11:00 – 23:00 weekdays and weekends. No alcohol may be served outside of these hours. Alcohol will only be allowed to be served and supplied by the preferred caterers. The hirer shall be responsible for complying with all statutory and other requirements regarding the sale of alcohol and the Council will accept no responsibility.
Liquor Licences. The Tenant must not apply for a liquor licence or renew or vary any liquor licence for the Premises or any part of them without first obtaining the written consent of the Council as owner of the Premises.
Liquor Licences. 11.1 The Tenant must not apply for a liquor licence or renew or vary any liquor licence for the Premises or any part of them without first obtaining the written consent of the Council as owner of the Premises and administering body of the Reserve. The Council has a complete discretion, in this capacity:
(a) to refuse consent to any application for liquor licence on the Premises; or
(b) to require the Tenant to modify any part of the application, for example as to the days or times of the day or hours for which the licence is sought, or the type of licence being sought.
11.2 Any application made by the Tenant to the Council in its role as Regulatory Authority under the Sale or Supply of Alcohol Xxx 0000, must be a “club licence” in terms of the Sale or Supply of Alcohol Xxx 0000.
11.3 If the Tenant obtains a liquor licence, it is the Tenant’s obligation to maintain a safe and responsible approach to the use of the Leased Area for that purpose. If there is a significant breach of that obligation, the Council may, without limiting its powers, warn the Tenant in writing that a second such breach will lead to the Council determining this Lease.
Liquor Licences. Where alcohol is sold, provided or consumed at public events presented at the Arts Centre, Xxxxxx must obtain a liquor license. Licences can be obtained by telephoning Liquor Licencing, Consumer and Business Services 131 882, or by applying on line at: xxx.xxx.xx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxxx-xxx- registration/liquor Bookings for use of the Arts Centre are confirmed when: • The Hirer returns the Hire Agreement with Certificate of Currency of Insurance • The City of Onkaparinga reserves the right to accept or refuse any or all Applications for hire • Applications will be confirmed or rejected within 30 business days of receipt of this Application
Liquor Licences. 11.1. The Purchaser shall, as soon as reasonably possible after the Signature Date, prepare, with the assistance and cooperation of the Sellers, all submissions, applications and documents which are required to be furnished by the Purchaser to the relevant authority and/or government body in order to apply for the Liquor Licences in its own name, it being noted that it is the Purchaser's desire to have the Liquor Licences in place in its name to continue the Hotel Businesses with effect from the Effective Date.
11.2. Each Party shall bear its own costs of and incidental to the preparation and submission of the applications, including the legal fees and costs of its advisors in the preparation of the applications and engagement with the relevant government bodies and authorities provided that all regulatory fees payable in connection with the submission of the applications for transferring each transferrable Liquor Licence from the Sellers to the Purchaser shall be borne by the Purchaser.
11.3. The fact that any replacement licences to the current Liquor Licences are not granted or obtained (as applicable) prior to, or with effect from, the Effective Date, shall not preclude the Purchaser from continuing to operate the Hotel Businesses affected, provided that the operation of the Hotel Businesses by the Purchaser under those circumstances is not prohibited by the laws of South Africa.
11.4. Pending the transfer of the Liquor Licences from the Sellers to the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall maintain the payment of annual licence fees and any charges, levies or imposts such as might be required by the relevant licensing authority on or after the Effective Date.
Liquor Licences. 9.1 The Tenant must not apply for a liquor licence or renew or vary any liquor licence for the Premises or any part of them without first obtaining the written consent of the Council as owner or administering body (on behalf of the Department of Conservation) of the Premises. The Council has a complete discretion, in this capacity:
9.1.1 To refuse consent to any application for liquor licence on the Premises; or
9.1.2 To require the Tenant to modify any part of the application, for example as to the days or times of the day for which the licence is sought, or the type of licence being sought.
9.2 If the Tenant obtains a liquor licence, it is the Tenant’s obligation to maintain a safe and responsible approach to the use of the Premises for that purpose. If
Liquor Licences. The Liquor Licences with respect to the Subject Gaming Sites are held by the Existing General Partner. To the Seller’s knowledge, such Liquor Licences are valid and existing under Applicable Law and the Existing General Partner has not received written notice from any Governmental Authority of any pending suspension or cancellation of any such Liquor Licences.
Liquor Licences. The sale of liquor without a licence is prohibited. Organisations need to contact Liquor Licensing to apply for a licence. The website is xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxx_xxxx.xxx Organisations are required to provide a copy of their liquor licence with their application. Council will only support applications that observe the following times and conditions: • Monday to Friday a starting time of 6:00pm with an 11:00pm closing. • Saturday and public holidays a starting time of 12:00 noon with a 12:00pm closing. • Sunday a starting time of 12:00 noon with a 10:00pm closing. • A junior club will not receive support from Council for a liquor licence. Council may monitor the observance of liquor licences. The responsible serving of alcohol is to be managed by the organisation.
