Sale of Liquor. Agent acknowledges that title to the liquor in Agent's custody remains in the Commission until sold by the Agent to the purchaser. Agent further acknowledges that the proceeds from the sale of liquor belong to the State of Oregon. Agent agrees to execute documentation reasonably requested by the Commission to evidence of its ownership interest in the liquor and proceeds there from. Agent shall not sell any liquor or other merchandise furnished by the Commission except upon the terms and conditions and for the amounts prescribed by the Commission, and shall not store for a purchaser any such merchandise other than at the store location, and shall sell liquor only at the times permitted or required by the Commission.
Sale of Liquor. If the Hirer intends to sell liquor at the Clubrooms, it is the Hirer’s responsibility to obtain the necessary and appropriate licence under the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 for the function.
Sale of Liquor. By registering as a user of the Service, you have agreed to the following:
1. Sales of liquor online may only be provided by licensed entities.
2. You may only sell and deliver liquor using the Service within Australia, and must ensure that you comply with any State or Territory legislation applicable to your sale of liquor, including meeting all specific requirements of your liquor licence.
3. We will only permit you to sell liquor using the Service if you have provided us with a copy of your liquor licence, including any subsequent renewals. We may suspend your right to use the Service at any time if we become aware or suspect that you are in breach of the terms of any applicable State or Territory legislation.
4. Even if you have undertaken the process of putting together a live product listing to sell through the Service, we reserve the right to remove your products or close order cycles if we have not received the correct legal documentation and disclaimers and you may face penalties if you do not comply.
Sale of Liquor. 21.1 All supply of liquor including sales will be conducted by The Licensor.
21.2 All proceeds from the sale of liquor and other beverages over the bar will be retained by The Licensor.
21.3 All liquor sales must conclude by 11pm and the consumption of liquor must conclude by 11:30pm.

1. Sales of liquor online may only be provided by licensed entities. All state and federal legal or regulatory compliance is wholly the responsibility of the enterprise.
2. Even if you have undertaken the process of putting together a live product listing to sell through the Service, we reserve the right to remove your products or close order cycles if we have received instructions from state or federal authorities to do so.
Sale of Liquor a) Liquor served in licensed premises shall be consumed on the premises during the hours serving is permitted under these regulations and one-half hour thereafter, by which time all consumption of liquor shall terminate.
b) No person shall sell or serve liquor in licensed premises on Good Friday or Christmas Day except in an eating establishment;
c) Notwithstanding the provisions hereof, the Board may authorize the sale and service of liquor in licensed premises during such additional temporary periods as it sees fit.
d) All licensed premises, with the exception of eating establishments and military establishments, shall have a mandatory last call one-half hour before closing.
e) All licensed premises, with the exception of eating establishments and military establishments, shall be vacated of patrons one-half hour after service of liquor has been terminated.
Sale of Liquor. 17.1. The Council may at its absolute discretion (not to be executed unreasonably or vexatiously) permit the sale of excisable liquor.
17.2. Where the Council permit the sale of excusable liquor pursuant to clause 17.2 above:
17.2.1. fee will be payable by the Hirer as part of the use of the Facilities and Amenities.
17.2.2. an appropriate person hold a valid personal licence permitting the sale of excisable liquor and produce documentary evidence (including though not limited to a copy of the personal licence and photo-identification of the personal licence).
17.2.3. the holder of the personal licence as specified in clause
Sale of Liquor a) The sale of liquor is prohibited.
Sale of Liquor. Not to sell or supply any beer wine spirits liquor or alcohol except in compliance with the terms of the regulations under which the relevant licence is granted by the Government in respect of the Premises.
Sale of Liquor. (a) All liquor or other merchandise held for sale will be provided to the Special Distributor by the Division at no cost. Special Distributor shall be responsible for and shall be accountable to the Division for all liquor or other merchandise furnished by the Division. Special Distributor shall not sell any liquor or other merchandise of the Division except for cash, check, money order, credit card, or debit card, except as otherwise provided by law. NOTE: Special Distributor may not assess any surcharge or convenience fee on any form of payment for any liquor or other merchandise of the Division. Special Distributor shall not sell, attempt to sell or offer for sale any liquor product not listed or otherwise authorized for sale by the Division, nor shall Special Distributor sell, attempt to sell or offer for sale any liquor product at a price not authorized by the Division. The Special Distributor shall not sell liquor or other merchandise except in conformance with Division Rules and guidelines nor at any time other than during sales hours prescribed by the Division nor deliver any Division liquor or other merchandise off premises. Sales to Liquor by the Drink Licensees shall be on terms and conditions as prescribed by the Division.
(b) Revenues Required to be Deposited into Designated Account or via Electronic Payment. All revenues resulting from the sale of liquor or other merchandise shall be paid over by the Special Distributor to the State Liquor Fund as required by Idaho Code § 23- 401. The Division will not accept checks from Special Distributors. Special Distributors shall deposit all sales revenues (held in trust for the Division) directly into an Idaho State Treasurer’s approved State Repository managed by Xxxxx Fargo Bank, U.S. Bank, Zion’s Bank, or Key Bank. With Division permission, Special Distributor may elect to submit payment via Electronic Funds Transfer. Special Distributor shall execute required authorization forms allowing the State of Idaho to debit Special Distributor’s chosen bank account for this purpose. Additionally, Special Distributor acknowledges familiarity with Idaho Code § 59-1014 and the provisions therein that require daily deposits of the receipt of state funds in excess of $200, unless an allowance is made by the division to deposit less frequently i.e., weekly. Special Distributors may be assessed a penalty of $25 per day for each day that deposits are not received beyond the expected deposit date.
