Local Living Subsidy. (a) Employees employed by the Company who are local residents (i.e. the Employee may reasonably return to their usual place of residence each night) shall be paid a living subsidy of $350.00 for each completed week of service on the Project. This shall be increased to $370.00 per week from 1 January 2008 and $390.00 per week from 1 January 2009 and $410.00 per week from 1 January 2010.

Local Living Subsidy a) Local Workers hours will be paid a local living subsidy of $400.00 per week (flat) which shall be paid in lieu of any other payment made in respect of location, living and accommodation related expenses. This allowance will increase by $20.00 from 1 July 2012 and each anniversary thereafter.
Local Living Subsidy. Local employees who are resident in and maintaining a residence in the Karratha/Dampier or adjacent area shall receive a local living subsidy of $310.00 per week of completed service. This payment is made in lieu of any other payment made in respect of living and accommodation related expenses and shall not apply in respect to any period of absence other than periods of paid authorised leave. The subsidy is subject to the employee: - * Applying for the subsidy and producing where required evidence of local residency. * Not living in accommodation that is subsidised (eg Woodside provided accommodation) * Advising of any change in the employee’s eligibility for the subsidy. The payment shall be paid on a pro-rata basis in respect of any week where the employee works less than a week, except where the period of absence is paid authorised leave. The amount of the subsidy may be reviewed during the life of the Agreement if there is substantial movement in the cost of living in the Karratha area.
Local Living Subsidy. (i) Subject to clause 15.4(c)(iii), where the Employer provides fully maintained accommodation for a Weekly Work Cycle Employee in accordance with clause 15.3, the Employer will pay the Employee a local living subsidy of $200.00 per week for the period of his employment.

  • Local Union Business Leave The Hospital agrees to grant leaves of absence without pay to local bargaining unit members for the purpose of attending Union seminars and/or attending to Union business. The cumulative total leave of absence will be determined locally, but shall not exceed sixty (60) days per year per hospital. The amount of notice required and the number of employees who may be absent at any one time and from any one area shall be determined locally and will be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.
