Location Days. When a Director on a serial program is required to render services on location (whether local or distant), Producer agrees to pay the Director $1,244 ($1,275 effective July 1, 2018 and $1,307 effective July 1, 2019) for each shooting day on location in addition to any other compensation required to be paid for such services (such as program or segment fees, or "additional day" payments, when required). Travel days, and non-shooting and non-work days on location, shall be paid or credited at the "additional day" rate.

Location Days. When a Director on a serial program is required to render services on location (whether local or distant), Producer agrees to pay the Director $1,074 ($1,093† effective July 1, 2012 and $1,112†† effective July 1, 2013) for each shooting day on location in addition to any other compensation required to be paid for such services (such as program or segment fees, or "additional day" payments, when required). Travel days, and non-shooting and non-work days on location, shall be paid or credited at the "additional day" rate. At the Company's option, a Director may be hired or assigned for work on a location (whether local or distant), at the rate of $5,637 per shooting day ($5,736† effective July 1, 2012 and $5,836†† effective July 1, 2013), to direct any number of scenes for any number of programs. The option must be exercised in advance of the assignment.   • Vacation Days Employee shall be entitled to the same paid vacation days each calendar year during the term of this Employee Agreement as authorized by the Company for its other employees.

  • ELECTION DAYS Work and travel will be arranged to allow employees the opportunity to vote on their own time on recognized state and federal election days unless they are given sufficient notice to enable time to obtain an absentee ballot.

  • Association Days The Association shall be provided a total of twenty-two (22) days during the school year of released time to conduct Association business with a maximum of seven (7) used on any given day. Requests for Association days shall be made in writing and, when at all possible, at least three (3) days prior to such leave and shall be submitted to the Superintendent or his/her designee. The Association shall assume any expense incurred by the hiring of a substitute teacher.

  • Election Day Employees shall be granted two (2) hours to vote on any election day only if, due to scheduling of work, they would not otherwise be able to vote.

  • Non-Business Days If an Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, that Interest Period will instead end on the next Business Day in that calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).

  • Contract Days Those days during a professional year on which assign- ments can be made for which a teacher is paid to work.

  • Scheduled Hours Hours falling within an employee's scheduled tour.

  • Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.

  • Billing Period The calendar month shall be the standard period for all charges and payments under this Agreement. On or before the fifteenth (15th) day following the end of each month, Seller shall render to Buyer an invoice for the payment obligations incurred hereunder during the preceding month, based on the Energy Delivered in the preceding month, and any RECs deposited in Buyer’s GIS account or a GIS account designated by Buyer to Seller in writing in the preceding month. Such invoice shall contain supporting detail for all charges reflected on the invoice, and Seller shall provide Buyer with additional supporting documentation and information as Buyer may request.
