Lock Changes. LESSOR agrees upon receipt of written request from LESSEE to change the lock and keys to the entry door of the LEASED PREMISES and/or the mail box lock and key at any time during the term of this AGREEMENT. LESSEE agrees to pay LESSOR for such lock and key changes the fees as stated in rules adopted by LESSOR, which shall be payable prior to any lock or key change. LESSEE understands and agrees that in the event he fails to immediately deliver all keys for entry doors and mail box at the termination of this AGREEMENT as set forth in the paragraph entitled “Lease Termination”, LESSOR may change the entry door and mail box locks and LESSEE shall pay for the lock changes as described herein.
Lock Changes. There is a charge for failure to return keys by the end of the term of occupancy. Lock changes resulting from missing keys will be performed as soon as possible after termination of occupancy. All keys must be returned immediately upon termination of occupancy. Lock change prices are listed below and the applicable amount will be billed to the student’s account. Lock Changes. It is very important to have the lock cores changed at the appropriate time, so you are no longer on the Landlord lock system. Please call me 602-217-8846 and I will cooridinate your free lock change. There is xx xxxxxx xf you schedule the standard five day turn-around. The lock changes are only applicable to the front doors. There will be an extra charge for any back doors or interior doors. A maximum of four keys will be available at no charge.
