LOCKS AND SECURITY. 3.13.1 Not to install or change any locks in the Property and not to cut or have cut any additional keys for the locks previously installed without the Landlord’s or the Landlord’s Agent’s prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld. 3.13.2 To agree if, in breach of this Agreement, any additional keys are made the Tenant shall provide these to the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent together with all remaining original keys at the expiration or sooner termination of the Tenancy and if any keys have been lost, compensate the Landlord and the Landlord’s Agent such charges as set out in the Landlord’s Agent’s published scale of fees. 3.13.3 To agree if any lock is installed or changed in the Property without the Landlord’s prior written consent, then to remove that lock if required by the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent and to make good any resulting damage. 3.13.4 To agree where due to any act or default by the Tenant either during or after this tenancy, that it is reasonable for the Landlord to replace or change the locks in the Property, and the Tenant shall indemnify the Landlord in damages for any reasonable costs that maybe incurred. 3.13.5 To return all keys, remote controls, or other security devices to the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent, at the end of the Tenancy whether before or after the Term of this Agreement and to pay the reasonable cost of replacement remote controls or other security devices that have been lost or not returned, at the end, or earlier termination of the Tenancy. 3.13.6 To use all security bolts and locks on all windows and doors and the security alarm (if applicable), on any occasion that the Property is left vacant. 3.13.7 To compensate the Landlord for the costs where the Tenant, or the Permitted Occupant, their family or visitors has accidentally or negligently set off the burglar alarm (if applicable) for the costs of the alarm to be repaired or reset as required which should be immediately arranged with the applicable alarm company. 3.13.8 To inform the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent of any change to the alarm code within 2 days of any such change.

LOCKS AND SECURITY. RCCL will provide normal locks, seals and security ------------------ for storage areas and RCCL will cooperate in all efforts to provide security for the property of SEAVISION, including all reasonable efforts to see that said areas are not invaded or otherwise entered. RCCL acknowledges that SEAVISION has no enforcement or disciplinary power as to personnel other than SEAVISION's employees on board the Vessel and RCCL agrees that the Vessel, through its Master, will cooperate with SEAVISION to enforce security of SEAVISION's property through such disciplinary measures or procedures as are reasonably necessary and required.

Such consent will not be unreasonably withheld. (In order to avoid misunderstandings or disputes later, it is strongly recommended that the tenant obtain confirmation in writing of any such consent granted.) Where any new or additional locks or bolts are fitted to the property, to promptly provide the landlord or his agent with an appropriate set of keys. 2.26 If any lock or bolt is installed or changed on or in the premises without the prior consent of the landlord or his agent to remove them if so required by the landlord or his agent and be responsible for the fair costs of making good any resultant damage to the premises or spoilage of decoration. 2.27 To take adequate precautions to keep the premises, including its external doors and windows, locked and secured, and any burglar alarm set, when the premises are empty. 2.28 During the tenancy, to take such reasonable precautions expected of a xxxxxxxxxxx to keep the premises free of infestation by vermin, rodents or animal fleas. Where such infestation occurs as the result of action or inaction on behalf of the tenants, to be responsible for the appropriate costs in fumigating and cleaning any affected parts as appropriate and for rectifying and or removing the causes of such an infestation.

The keys to be used by the Landlord or his agent in emergencies or further to Your written permission to allow access to the Premises to contractors. 4.2.4 If any lock or bolt is installed or changed in the Premises without the prior Consent of the Landlord or his Agent to remove them if required by the Landlord or his Agent, and be responsible for the fair costs of making good any damage to the Premises as a result of such removal. 4.2.5 To take adequate precautions to keep the Premises, including the external doors and windows, locked and secured, and any burglar alarm set, when the Premises are empty.

Where Consent is given, to promptly provide the Landlord or his Agent with the relevant new code. 4.2.3 Not to change, alter, add or otherwise damage any locks or bolts on the Premises (except in the case of an emergency) without the prior Consent of the Landlord which will not be unreasonably withheld. Where any new or additional locks or bolts are fitted to the property, to promptly provide the Landlord or his Agent with a full set of keys at Your expense. 4.2.4 Not to keep any keys or keys cards issued to You with items identifying Your address and to pay the Landlord for the replacement of any lost, stolen or damaged keys or key cards. 4.2.5 If any lock or bolt is installed or changed in the Premises without the prior Consent of the Landlord to remove them if required by the Landlord or his Agent, and be responsible for the fair costs of making good any damage to the Premises as a result of such removal. 4.2.6 To take adequate precautions to keep the Premises, including the external doors and windows, locked and secured, and any burglar alarm set, when the Premises are empty. 4.2.7 Not to prop open any fire doors in the Premises or in the Building except by any built in system that closes them in the event of a fire and not to alter the operation of, disable or interfere with any self-closing mechanism. 4.2.8 Not to alter the operation of or tamper with automatic opening vents or window restrictors or open any window past the restricted length. 4.2.9 During the tenancy, to take such reasonable precautions to keep the Premises free from infestation by vermin, rodents or animals flees. Where such infestation occurs as a result of action or inaction on Your behalf, to be responsible for the appropriate costs in fumigating and cleaning any affected parts as appropriate and for rectifying and or removing the causes of such infestation.

LOCKS AND SECURITY. Concessionaire shall provide adequate locks, seals and security to the Vessel's Premises and storage facilities, and CCL shall cooperate in all efforts to provide security to Concessionaire's property. CCL, however, acknowledges that Concessionaire has no enforcement or disciplinary rights with respect to personnel of the Vessel other than Concessionaire's employees, and CCL agrees that it will cause the Vessel, through the Master, to cooperate with Concessionaire to maintain the security of Concessionaire's property by such disciplinary measures as are reasonably necessary.
