53.1.2 On completion of continuous service. After 10 years, ’ service with the entitlement Health Service an employee shall be entitled to leave continues to accrue on a pro rata basis (0.833 17.3 weeks per annum)long service for that period of service.

Long Service Leave. 11.1 The provisions of the Long Service Leave Act 1958 (as amended) shall apply.
11.2 In summary, employees are entitled to 8 2/3 weeks long service leave after 10 years continuous service with the employer. Long service leave will be in accordance with the applicable legislation. In brief, Employees are entitled to 2 months (8.33 weeks) of Long Service Leave is paid out on completion of 10 termination after 7 years of continuous service. After 10 years, the entitlement to leave continues to accrue completed service on a pro rata basis (0.833 weeks per annum)basis.

Long Service Leave. 19.1 Long service leave will for permanent employees shall be granted in accordance with the applicable legislation. In brieffollowing provisions:
19.1.1 After 10 years' permanent service, Employees are entitled continuous or broken, 13 calendar weeks leave on full pay.
19.1.2 For each additional year of permanent service, continuous or broken, after 10 years, 15 calendar days leave on full pay.
19.1.3 After 7 years’ permanent service, continuous or broken, employees will have pro rata access to 2 months (8.33 weeks) of accrued Long Service Leave on completion of 10 years of continuous service. After 10 years, the entitlement to leave continues to accrue on a pro rata basis (0.833 weeks per annum)entitlements.
