Long Service Recognition. Eligibility Cameco will offer a retiring allowance to employees age 55 and over who have a minimum of 25 years of continuous service, and who have provided nine months written notice to their department head should they choose to resign from Cameco. Benefit An amount of $200 per year of continuous service. The benefit amount will not be pro-rated for the last year of service. The allowance will be paid following the employee’s last day of work.
