Common use of Long Service Recognition Clause in Contracts

Long Service Recognition. Eligibility Cameco will offer a retiring allowance to employees age 55 and over who have a minimum of 10 years of continuous service, and who have provided at least three months written notice to their department head should they choose to resign from Cameco. Benefit The amount is dependent on the years of continuous service and the amount of written notice provided by the employee (see table below). The benefit amount will not be pro-rated for the last year of service.
