Longevity for Teachers. Teachers on longevity shall receive an increase equal to the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The CPI shall be the national average for all urban consumers (CPI-U) determined from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics for the 1 year period ending December 31st of the preceding year, unadjusted for seasonal variation. APPENDIX B: EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES PAY SCALE If an activity has an approved need for more than one coach/advisor, all coaches/advisors will be paid the full contractual amount. Longevity for Teachers. 1. After fifteen (15) years of service to the Xxxxxx Township School System, a teacher will be compensated by receiving a stipend of $1100 in each year of this contract.

Teachers shall be entitled to placement on the longevity step of the Teacher’s Salary Guide at the beginning of their twentieth (20th) year of employment in the district under a standard nontenured or tenured teacher’s salary contract and progression through the salary guide.

  • RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES To the extent that the Contract involves the provision of the Services to UNDP by the Contractor’s officials, employees, agents, servants, subcontractors and other representatives (collectively, the Contractor’s “personnel”), the following provisions shall apply:

  • Refresh Provision for Permanent Employees Permanent Employees returning from LTD or workplace insurance leave to resume their regular working hours must complete eleven (11) consecutive working days at their regular working hours to receive a new allocation of sick/short-term disability leave. If the Employee has a recurrence of the same illness or injury, s/he is required to apply to reopen the previous LTD or WSIB claim, as applicable. The Local union and Local school board agree to continue to cooperate in the implementation and administration of early intervention and safe return to work processes as a component of the Short-Term Leave and Long-Term Disability Plans. In the event the Employee exhausts his/her sick/short-term disability leave allocation from the previous year and continues to work part-time, their salary will be reduced accordingly and a pro-rated sick/short-term allocation for the employee’s working portion of the current year will be provided. The new pro-rated sick/short-term leave allocation may not be used to top-up from part-time to full-time hours. Any changes to hours of work during a fiscal year shall result in an adjustment to the allocation.

  • Responsibility for Errors Consultant shall be responsible for its work and results under this Agreement. Consultant, when requested, shall furnish clarification and/or explanation as may be required by the City’s representative, regarding any services rendered under this Agreement at no additional cost to City. In the event that an error or omission attributable to Consultant occurs, then Consultant shall, at no cost to City, provide all necessary design drawings, estimates and other Consultant professional services necessary to rectify and correct the matter to the sole satisfaction of City and to participate in any meeting required with regard to the correction.
