Lot Width. The Corporate Authorities agree to permit the following variations for lot width: 1) Lot Width Less Than 60 Feet, Section VI-3.D of the Urbana Zoning Ordinance. The Corporate Authorities hereby grant a variance to permit said tract, platted before December 21, 1970, to be less than the required 60-foot width for a lot in the R-3 District. The approximate width of said tract is 52 feet. 2) Lot Width for a Duplex, Section VI-3.C and Table VI-3, Footnote 13 of the Urbana Zoning Ordinance. The Corporate Authorities hereby grant a variance to permit a duplex on said tract, although said tract has an average width of less than 60 feet.

Lot Width. In accordance with the principle of providing diversity within the Project, a variety of lot widths shall be permitted in the range of 40’ to 60’; provided, however, that the width of lots located around the perimeter of the Project as depicted on the Conceptual Land Use Plan shall consist of a minimum of 60’, with the exception of Lots 276-296 which are each 50’, to function as a transition from surrounding and existing development in the Town to the smaller lots to be located within the interior of the Project.   • Parking Area Developer shall provide a parking area for ADOT for at least 100 vehicles 27 (85 staff/15 visitors). The parking area must be reasonably level (all-weather surface and 28 all-weather access). The parking area must include an additional lockable fenced 29 parking area to accommodate 25 ADOT vehicles.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Lots 5.1. The 1 (one) standard lot size is the measurement unit specified for each CFD. The Company may offer standard lots, micro-lots and mini-lots, in its discretion, as defined from time to time in the Contract Specifications or the Company’s Website.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.

  • Space The Space shall refer to that part of the Premises to which the Government has exclusive use, such as Office Area, or other type of Space. Parking areas to which the Government has rights under this Lease are not included in the Space.
