LSEA Hourly Positions. All vacancies in LSEA hourly positions shall be posted as described above. Hourly position vacancy notices shall also state the anticipated hourly work schedule and the wage scale classification applicable to the vacancy. In the event that a salaried employee voluntarily transfers to an hourly position, the teacher shall be placed at the closest hourly wage rate for the applicable classification. In cases where an hourly LSEA employee voluntarily transfers to a salaried LSEA position, experience with the District in the hourly position(s) shall not be considered for placement on the salary scale.

  • Full-Time Position Executive accepts such employment and agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, energies and attention to the performance of his duties hereunder. Nothing herein shall be construed as preventing Executive from making and supervising personal investments, provided they will not interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder or violate the provisions of Section 5.4 hereof.

  • Shiftwork (A) Where the Employee would have received shift loadings had the Employee not been on leave during the relevant period and such loadings would have entitled the Employee to a greater amount than a loading of 17.5% of the payment under clause 23.1(c), then the shift loadings must be added to the payment under clause 23.1(c)(i) instead of the 17.5% loading. (B) Provided further that if the shift allowance would have entitled the Employee to a lesser amount than the loading of 17.5% then such loading of 17.5% shall be used for the purpose of calculating annual leave loading in lieu of the shift allowance.

  • Gross Beta Flags A = Result acceptable, Bias <= +/- 50% with a statistically positive result at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty > 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, does not include zero).   • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Clause 38.1.1 of the award, a payment per day shall be made for each day worked (including RDO’s).   • Wage Scales All workers covered by this Agreement shall be classified and paid in accordance with the classification and wage scales as attached as Appendices "A" and forming part of this Agreement.
