Work Shifts. The State will make a good faith effort to schedule an employee for the same shift during a work week. Supervisors may revise schedules and assign overtime as needed to meet the operating needs of the Department. Supervisors will make a good faith effort to consult with employees regarding the scheduling of their work shifts and work week.
