MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY. 10.1 The District shall maintain athletic facilities in a condition that is reasonably safe for the purposes intended. The District shall provide a checklist for head coaches to fill out with any safety concerns. Upon receipt, such concerns shall be provided to the Maintenance department immediately. Head coaches will notify the athletic coordinator in writing of any necessary maintenance issues and shall be provided information on the status of work orders upon request. The building athletic director/coordinator shall meet with Head Coaches prior to the beginning of the season to develop a maintenance schedule for that facility and/or field.
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY. Every Spin vehicle is inspected for safety, with a recorded inspection history, at least once per month. Vehicles requiring charging are picked up by our local operations team as a part of its daily responsibilities or are brought in by a member of our charger network. Spin’s local operations team are trained by professional mechanics and inspect the following: Handlebars Brakes Brake levers Grips Tires Xxxx Wheel lock Exposed wires Rear fender Wheels Rear red light Front white light Once a vehicle has been repaired and/or cleaned, it goes through a quality assurance check before being processed for redeployment back into the field.
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY. Tenant shall not store inflammable or a large quantity of combustible material that would create a fire hazard, as defined by local fire regulators.
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY. (a) The Customer agrees that before accepting the Equipment, the Customer have satisfied themselves as to the suitability, condition and fitness for the purpose of the Equipment. The Company gives no warranty that the Equipment is suitable for the Customer’s purpose.
(b) The Customer and the Company acknowledge that the Equipment is generally in undamaged condition. The Customer agree to return the Equipment in the same condition, save for normal wear and tear.
(c) The Customer must clean, fuel, lubricate and maintain the Equipment in good condition and in accordance with the Company's instructions and the Operators Manual at the Customer’s own cost.
(d) If the Equipment is operated by fuel, the Customer must also check the amount of fuel in the Equipment at appropriate intervals and maintain them at the levels recommended in the Equipment manufacturer's specifications or otherwise as required to maintain the Equipment's efficient performance.
(e) The Customer must not allow any other person to operate the Equipment at all time under any circumstances other than the Customer's employees.
(f) The Customer acknowledges that the Operators Manual is provided to the Customer together with the Equipment. The Customer must study and comply with the Operators Manual before using the Equipment. The Customer must use the Equipment in accordance with the instructions provided in the Operators Manual, failing which, the Customer will be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement.
(g) The Customer must ensure that at all time while the Equipment is unattended, the Equipment is kept in a safe location and secured properly and is protected from theft, seizure or damage and not removed from The Premises.
(h) The Customer acknowledges that risks may be involved in operating Equipment and that such risks may expose the Customer or any bystanders to serious injury or death.
(i) The Customer must not alter, deface, remove or erase any notices, safety information, identifying xxxx or number on the Equipment.
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY. (a) You and Hertz acknowledge that the Car is generally in undamaged condition save as otherwise acknowledged by You and Hertz in writing on the Vehicle Condition Report. You agree to return the Car in the same condition, save for normal wear and tear.
(b) You agree to check the amount of engine oil and coolant in the Car at appropriate intervals and maintain them at the levels recommended in the Car manufacturer’s specifications or otherwise as required to maintain the Car’s efficient performance.
(c) Hertz (through subcontractors) provides a twentyfour (24) hour breakdown roadside assistance service for the Car.
(d) You and any Authorised Driver must comply with any applicable seat belt and child restraint laws.

Dealer further agrees that they shall be responsible for maintaining Powersport vehicle in accordance with the law and manufacturers’ recommendations, at the very least Powersport vehicles shall be offered in a safely operable condition with the understanding the EZRiderDemo community relies on well-maintained Powersport vehicles. EZRiderDemo may make certain assumptions in reliance on information submitted by you at the time of registration, and on-going maintenance of the Powersport vehicle. At our sole discretion, we may request further documentation to ensure the quality of Powersport vehicles listed on this Service, at the time of application, and to ensure regular and routine maintenance is provided. EZRiderDemo may assume that Dealer shall maintain Powersport vehicle, and perform routine inspections between demos, as a condition of this Agreement and your continued use of these Services as a Dealer.
