Common use of Maintenance Employees Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Employees. 38.01 The provision of this Article shall apply to all positions in the Maintenance classifications. 38.02 Maintenance employees shall be permitted paid wash-up time to a maximum of ten (10) minutes at the conclusion of each work day. In unusual circumstances this period may be extended by the employee's supervisor to a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes.
