Maintenance of Rates. The Participant shall establish, maintain, revise, charge and collect rates for electric service rendered by it to its customers so that such rates shall provide revenues which, together with other funds reasonably estimated to be available, will be sufficient to meet the Participant’s obligations to UAMPS under this Contract, to pay all other operating expenses of the Participant’s Electric System and to provide revenues sufficient to pay all obligations of the Participant payable from, or constituting a charge or lien on, the revenues of its Electric System and, to the extent being paid from the revenues of its Electric System, all other bonds of the Participant now or hereafter outstanding.

Maintenance of Rates. 20.01 When an employee is temporarily assigned to and works in a higher paying classification, excluding coverage for scheduled breaks, they shall be paid the rate of the higher paying classification for all hours worked in that classification on that shift. The employee will be paid at the higher classification rate or an additional 60¢ per hour whichever is higher.
Maintenance of Rates. Denver Water will use its best efforts to maintain, enforce and collect rates, fees, system development charges, participation payments, tap fees, availability fees, tolls and charges for services furnished by or the use of the System to create Gross Revenue, together with any Other Available Funds, each Fiscal Year sufficient to pay Operation and Maintenance Expenses and to create Net Revenue in an amount equal to not less than 100% of the amount necessary to pay when due any amounts required to be paid under this Credit Agreement, the Note and the Loans.

If the Member establishes or maintains an integrated utility system of which the electric system is a part for its electric, water, sanitary sewer, wastewater or similar utility systems (or any combination of two or more thereof which includes its electric system), it shall maintain its rates for the services provided to the customers of its integrated utility system so that such rates shall provide revenues, which, together with other funds estimated to be available, will be sufficient to meet the Member’s obligations to the Agency under this Contract, and all other operating expenses of the Member’s integrated utility system, and to pay all obligations payable from, or constituting a charge or lien on, the revenues of its integrated utility system.
Maintenance of Rates. The Company shall not reduce the hourly rate of pay below that now being paid to any employee regularly assigned except in the case of demotions hereafter occurring.

In circumstances where such work is normally paid a lesser rate of pay, he will be entitled to his regular rate of pay. When an employee is required to work in a classification which provides a higher rate of pay, the higher rate shall be paid when working in that classification in excess of five (5) consecutive workdays.

The Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner, as appropriate, may curtail service under this Operating Agreement to limit or prevent damage to generating or transmission facilities caused by the Network Customer’s failure to maintain its facilities in accordance with Good Utility Practice, and the Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner may seek as a result any appropriate relief from the Commission. 5.2 The Designated Representatives shall establish procedures to coordinate the maintenance schedules, and return to service, of the generating resources and transmission and substation facilities, to the greatest extent practical, to ensure sufficient transmission resources are available to maintain system reliability and reliability of service. 5.3 The Network Customer shall obtain: (1) concurrence from the Transmission Provider before beginning any scheduled maintenance of facilities which could impact the operation of the Transmission System over which transmission service is administered by Transmission Provider; and (2) clearance from the Transmission Provider when the Network Customer is ready to begin maintenance on a transmission line or substation. The Transmission Provider shall coordinate clearances with the Host Transmission Owner. The Network Customer shall notify the Transmission Provider and the Host Transmission Owner as soon as practical at the time when any unscheduled or forced outages occur and again when such unscheduled or forced outages end.

  • Maintenance of Services A. Reseller will adopt and adhere to the standards contained in the applicable BellSouth Work Center Interface Agreement regarding maintenance and installation of service. B. Services resold under the Company’s Tariffs and facilities and equipment provided by the Company shall be maintained by the Company. C. Reseller or its end users may not rearrange, move, disconnect, remove or attempt to repair any facilities owned by the Company, other than by connection or disconnection to any interface means used, except with the written consent of the Company. D. Reseller accepts responsibility to notify the Company of situations that arise that may result in a service problem. E. Reseller will be the Company's single point of contact for all repair calls on behalf of Reseller’s end users. The parties agree to provide one another with toll-free contact numbers for such purposes. F. Reseller will contact the appropriate repair centers in accordance with procedures established by the Company. G. For all repair requests, Reseller accepts responsibility for adhering to the Company's prescreening guidelines prior to referring the trouble to the Company. H. The Company will xxxx Reseller for handling troubles that are found not to be in the Company's network pursuant to its standard time and material charges. The standard time and material charges will be no more than what BellSouth charges to its retail customers for the same services. I. The Company reserves the right to contact Reseller’s customers, if deemed necessary, for maintenance purposes.
