System Development Charges definition

System Development Charges means the proceeds and balances from any non- recurring charges such as tap fees, subsequent connector fees, capacity or contribution fees, and other similar one-time charges applicable to the Drinking Water System that are available for deposit under the Authorizing Instrument.
System Development Charges means the fees on development imposed by the City pursuant to ORS Chapter 223 or subsequent statutes and which are legally permitted to be used to pay the Bonds.
System Development Charges means the water, wastewater and reuse water capacity charges imposed by TWA on all new growth and development by local legislation. To avoid doubt, such term includes the supplemental or alternative TWA system capacity demand determination presented by the separate system development surcharge, computed and charged in the manner described in Section 3.12(C) hereof; and, does not include the capital reimbursement surcharge to recover the TWA funding advance presented by the TWA Funding Obligation for the Advanced Treatment Facilities, computed and charged in the manner described in Section 3.02(D) hereof.

  • All qualifying ownership or rental units required to be affordable through density bonuses, annexation, zone change, condominium conversion, or other land use approval under this ordinance shall be eligible to receive a deferral of the System Development Charges associated with the development of said affordable units.

More Definitions of System Development Charges

System Development Charges means the charge required of all applicants for service to property where a service connection does not exist or where a service is to be enlarged or added. The charge is to be paid based on meter size. The charge is to be paid based on equivalency to a 5/8” meter. This connection charge is an equity buy-in so that all customers have an equal equity position in the District's facilities.
