MAINTENANCE REQUEST & EMERGENCEY PROCEDURE. In an effort to correct and prevent maintenance issues in your apartment, please be sure to let us know if you are experiencing any problems immediately. Maintenance and service requested can be reported in the following way: Via email to xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx or the appfolio app! • All requests can be placed at the same time; you do not need to submit a separate request for each issue. • Non emergencies will be addressed within 1-3 business days (Monday Friday pending any holidays), during regular business hours of 9 am 5 pm, following the receipt of your request. • You do not need to be home for the work to be done however, we do ask that you move any personal belongings out of the area of said repair. • After a work order is submitted, maintenance will enter during business hours, with notification. If you wish to be home, please know we can not accommodate specific times for appointments however, we can accommodate a specific day. • Maintenance cannot call ahead before entering the apartment however they will knock loudly multiple times, announce themselves prior to entrance, and will leave a hang tag if no one is home to let you know they were there. • If the repair is beyond the scope of our maintenance staff’s knowledge, we will then contact a company that specializes in the needed repair; i.e., plumber, electrician, appliance company, etc. Scheduling and ordering parts for repairs may add days onto the overall repair time. • If an appointment is made with an outside company, then you will be notified of what day is it for, and they must have access to the apartment on the scheduled day. Reveal Real Estate Management offers an after-hour emergency maintenance service for the following classified emergencies only: Fire, Flood, No Heat (below 55 degrees), and Plumbing issues (for 1 bath units only). Requests such as lock outs, exterminations, air conditioning, non-working appliances, spoke detector battery change, etc.… will be addressed the next available business day. Please do not contact emergency maintenance unless your request is a classified emergency. If maintenance is able to accommodate a lock out issue after normal work hours (Monday - Friday 9 am -5 pm) there is an increased flat rate of $75.00 (Seventy-Five) Dollars. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms in Section 9.

  • Request Procedure The employee shall furnish evidence to the immediate supervisor that leave taken in accordance with the provisions of this section is in connection with family illness. The employee shall notify the immediate supervisor of any of the circumstances necessitating the leave change.

  • Disbursement Procedure Subject to compliance by the Contracting Party with all the terms, provisions and conditions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the conditions precedent set forth within Sections 3, 4 and 5 hereof, the Board will cause its Depository to disburse sums to the Contracting Party, or to the appropriate payee, for the purpose of paying Costs of Construction items specified in the Approved Budget, in accordance with the following procedures:

  • Administrative Procedure iTrip staff will administer and determine whether a damage qualifies as Covered Damage. Such staff will have the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs and eligibility for the waiver of liability described herein. The Covered Guest must report any theft or damage to the unit or its contents to iTrip staff by the time of check-out or any otherwise applicable damage waiver for such Covered Guest will be void. The iTrip Franchisee has ultimate claim administration authority. Arbitration is required prior to litigation.

  • Completion of Concrete Pours and Emergency Work (a) Except as provided in this sub-clause an Employee shall nor work or be required to work in the rain. (b) Employees shall not be required to start a concrete pour in Inclement Weather. (c) Where a concrete pour has been commenced prior to the commencement of a period of Inclement Weather Employees may be required to complete such concrete pour to a practical stage and for such work shall be paid at the rate of double time calculated to the next hour, and in the case of wet weather shall be provided with adequate wet weather gear. (d) If an Employee’s clothes become wet as a result of working in the rain during a concrete pour the Employee shall, unless the Employee has a change of dry working clothes available, be allowed to go home without loss of pay. (e) The provisions of clauses 32.7(c) and 32.7(d) hereof shall also apply in the case of emergency work where the Employees concerned and their delegates agree that the work is of an emergency nature and can start and/or proceed.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.

  • Administrative Support Services Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter or at such other period as deemed appropriate by the Distributor, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of up to 0.25% on an annual basis of the average during the period of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the “Service Fee”). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Each Party shall at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the Participating TO’s Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Party shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
