MAINTENANCE WORK SCHEDULE. SECTION 1. The work week of MAINTENANCE employees shall be seven consecutive calendar days, beginning at 12:00 AM Sunday morning and ending at 11:59 PM Saturday night, and the work day shall be any period of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours. The hours of work for MAINTENANCE employees shall be forty (40) hours per week, to consist of five (5) consecutive days per week for mechanics and technicians and to the extent possible for service employees, said days to be eight (8) consecutive hours each, excluding a lunch period not to exceed one (1) hour.

MAINTENANCE WORK SCHEDULE. During the Term, NYCDOT may postpone any preventative maintenance tasks to be performed under this Contract as a result of any reconstruction Work and/or any other work performed on the Bridges contemplated in this Project. As a result, the Contractor shall coordinate and prepare the Contract Work schedule for each bridge under this Contract. In addition, the Contractor shall prepare and submit the “Means and Method” (day, time, manpower, equipment, WZTC, etc.) to NYCDOT for approval, in accordance with the Contract’s General Conditions, before any Work is performed. All Work performed shall comply with the Specifications requirements, and payment shall be included in the price bid for the appropriate scheduled payment items.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Normal Work Schedule 130. Compensation fixed herein on a per diem basis are for a normal eight-hour work day; and on a bi-weekly basis for a bi-weekly period of service consisting of normal work schedules.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.
