Scope and Description. The Park Project shall be located in Apex, Wake County, North Carolina. The purpose of the Park Project is to develop approximately 92-acres of Town owned land located directly adjacent to NC540 and the interchange with Old US 1 Hwy, into an athletic park with regulation-sized competition fields and courts and other park amenities to be owned by the Town that will positively impact hotel occupancy and prepared food/beverage sales in Wake County.
