MANAGEMENT/ASSOCIATION RIGHTS. 5.01 The parties jointly agree that each has specific rights in terms of the day-to-day activities of the Company. The Company holds and shall continue to hold normal management rights to conduct its business and to take appropriate disciplinary action when such is indicated. The Association on its part has the right to fully represent all its members in all matters concerning hours of work, rates of pay and general working conditions. It is further agreed that it is necessary for the Ottawa Pipeline Terminal to have rules, regulations and procedures which must be observed by both supervision and the employees, in order that the objectives of the Ottawa Pipeline Terminal be met. The Company agrees that it shall advise the Association of any changes to local rules, regulations and procedures.

MANAGEMENT/ASSOCIATION RIGHTS. The Town Manager shall have the right to lay-off employees when it is deemed necessary by reason of shortage of funds or work, abolishment of a position, or other material change in duties or organization. After the Town Manager releases his recommended budget, the Association may request an opportunity to discuss the impact of lay-offs on the bargaining unit, as well as to suggest any alternatives to avoiding Association lay-offs. A request by the Association for impact discussions shall not preclude the Town from sending written lay-off notices to affected employees.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.
