Management of leave accruals. 30.5.2. Annual leave shall generally be taken at a mutually agreed time, and shall be cumulative from year to year. Annual Leave is generally taken in blocks of time, but may be taken in up to 5 single days per year. An employee and employer may agree to defer payment of the annual leave loading in respect of single day absences, until at least five consecutive annual leave days are taken.
