Management Performance Leave. (a) Subject to the conditions established in the CRA’s Directive on Performance Management, employees who perform MG duties during the annual review period, shall be eligible to receive up to seventy-five (75) hours of management performance leave for people management based on the annual performance assessment.

Management Performance Leave. (a) Subject to the conditions established in the Employer’s Performance Guidelines for the Group, employees who perform duties during the annual review period, shall be eligible to receive up to ten days (IO) of management performance leave for people management based on the annual performance assessment. Leave granted under this article shall be subject to operational requirements. At the end of any fiscal year, all remaining and unused portion of management performance leave credits will be converted into vacation leave and subject to the provisions of Article Vacation Leave with pay.

  • Employee Performance Review When a formal review of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss, sign and make written comments on the review form in question and the employee is to receive a signed copy to indicate that its contents have been read. An employee shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) work days to review the performance review prior to providing any response to the Employer, verbally or in writing, with respect to the evaluation.
