MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall apply, install, erect, connect, use, clean, condition, and operate manufactured articles, materials, and equipment in accordance with the various manufacturers' instructions including those in the instruction manuals required in Paragraph 12.7 and other instructions required in Paragraph 12.8. The Contractor shall compare the requirements of the various manufacturers' instructions with the requirements of the Contract Documents, shall promptly notify RMWD in writing of any difference between such requirements, and shall not proceed with any of the Work affected by such differences until an interpretation or clarification is issued pursuant to Paragraph 3.
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. In addition to the instructions submitted under Paragraph 12.7, the Contractor shall submit manufacturers' instructions to the extent specified or requested by RMWD for his determination of their adequacy and approval. When approved, the Contractor shall distribute copies to all those involved with the instructions.
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. .1 Unless otherwise indicated in specifications, install or erect products in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Do not rely on labels or enclosures provided with products. Obtain written instructions directly from manufacturers.
.2 Notify Contract Administrator in writing, of conflicts between specifications and manufacturer's instructions, so that Contractor may establish course of action.
.3 Improper installation or erection of products, due to failure in complying with these requirements, authorizes Contract Administrator to require removal and re-installation at no increase in Contract Price or Contract Time.
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. A. When specified in individual specification sections, submit printed instructions for delivery, storage, assembly, installation, start-up, adjusting, and finishing, to Engineer.
B. Indicate special procedures, perimeter conditions requiring special attention, and special environmental criteria required for application or installation. Provide manufacturer’s instructions with shop drawings.
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. The Design-Build Firm shall: Comply with manufacturer’s requirements for the handling, delivery, storage, and installation of all materials, and equipment. Where required by the Contract Documents, Design-Build Firm shall submit manufacturer’s printed instructions for delivery, storage, assembly, and installation. Comply with the manufacturer’s applicable instructions and recommendations for the performance of the Work, to the extent that these instructions and recommendations are more explicit or more stringent than requirements indicated in the Contract Documents including the Contract Documents. Inspect each item of material or equipment immediately prior to installation and reject damaged and defective items. Provide attachment and connection devices and methods for securing the Work; secure Work true to line plumb and level, and within recognized industry standards; allow for expansion and building movement; provide uniform joint width in exposed Work; arrange joints in exposed Work to obtain the best visual effect and refer questionable visual effect choices to the Consultant for final decision when applicable to the Work. Recheck measurements and dimensions of the Work, as an integral step in starting each portion of the Work. Install each unit or section of Work during favorable weather conditions, which shall ensure the best possible results in coordination with the entire Project(s) and isolate each unit of Work from incompatible Work as necessary to prevent potential interference among each section and/or deterioration of equipment. Coordinate enclosure of the Work, which requires inspections and tests so as to minimize the necessity of uncovering Work for that purpose. When required by the Contract Documents or the manufacturer, a qualified representative shall be present to observe field conditions, conditions of surface and installation, quality of workmanship, and applications. Manufacturer’s representative shall provide the Design-Build Firm and the Project Manager a written report of field observations.
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. .1 Unless otherwise specified, comply with manufacturer's latest printed instructions for materials and installation methods.
.2 Notify Coast Guard in writing of any conflict between these specifications and manufacturer's instructions; Coast Guard will designate which document is to be followed.
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. Specific instructions, from manufacturers of the materials and equipment used in this project, and not specifically mentioned in these documents, shall be followed in all cases.
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. The Contractor shall check and bring to the attention of NHSBT representative any requirements of the relevant equipment manufacturers instructions were the maintenance tasks / intervals are different to the maintenance tasks / intervals as set out in the NHSBT schedules. In situations where manufacturing instructions / recommendations exceed the tasks or frequencies as stated in the tender document, the recommendations of such manufacturer’s instructions and / or GMP shall be brought to the attention of the NHSBT Representative.
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. A. When work is specified to comply with manufacturers' instructions, submit copies as specified in Section 013300 - SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS, distribute copies to persons involved, and maintain one set in field office.
B. Perform work in accordance with details of instructions and specified requirements.
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. The recommendations of the manufacturers of patented materials must be strictly adhered to regarding the use, mixing, application, fastening, etc. thereof except when otherwise instructed in writing by the Municipality.
